This is such a nice place to stay.Lovely hosts couldn't do enough for you.Location is 5 mins to town with parking across the road on a secured large car park. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was a choice of fruits and cereal even some pastries.Room was massive and very quiet made for a good night sleep.Also spotlessly clean. Would stay again definitely recommend- Carole

Stayed from Saturday 29/8/26 until 01/09/26.My friend and I were attending the Cartmel race festival.Room 3 had single beds/tv/shower facilities ,ideal for our needs.Breakfast was excellent.Choice of cereals ,,fruit,nuts,yogurts and in our case the full English breakfast,with tea,coffee and toast .there was also a communal sitting area which my friend made use of.Jean and Shaun couldn’t do enough for us.there was an area available for a game of pool and darts which brought most of the residents together.I left having made plenty of friends.Shaun even went the extra mile of picking us up from Cartmel when the racing had finished.All in all it has been a fantastic experience and have rebooked for the same time next year as it would appear have most of the other residents who stayed. - Paul Macwilliam
